How to discover the location at 642, 675

This location is currently bugged; impossible to unlock by swimming around it etc. The only way to unlock it is to exploit a bug to get 'under' the map. Guide in the video below.

Have to make sure the cart is wedged partway down the second corridor to the vault exactly as shown in the video. No civillian vehicle worked for me but you can usually find a cart at 697, 701. Mark the location with a waypoint, use a focus stim if you have one and and fly over, pulling the chute when about 75m away. Quickly swim the rest of the way before you drown and boom - OCD relieved.
